To become a member of The Quality Time Fishing Club:

Complete the form below for yourself as well as any family members who would like to join.

The annual membership fee is $30.00 for each adult 17 years of age and older. Children 16 years

and under share the paid adult membership. When the form is complete you must select the

correct CAPTCHA images before you can “SUBMIT” the form. You will receive a conformation email

that the application has been received.

To pay your Adult membership fee(s), please select the “QTFC Payment Options” tab then

“QTFC Contributions” and pay for each adult using the drop down for up to four adults.

You have the option of using a personal PayPal account or a credit or debit card.
